Steve Coppell: Reading boss has claimed his second Barclays Manager of the Month award this season
BARCLAYS AWARDS FOR COPPELL AND RONALDO
Reading boss Steve Coppell has been named Barclays Manager of the Month for November with Manchester United winger Cristiano Ronaldo Player of the Month.

Coppell is honoured for the second time this season following a three-game unbeaten run.

The Royals recovered from a 2-0 defeat at Liverpool to secure impressive home wins over Tottenham Hotspur and Charlton Athletic before rounding the month off with victory at Fulham.

Coppell first won the Barclays Manager of the Month award in September having guided Reading to their first season in the Barclays Premiership.

Jim Hytner, from the Barclays awards panel, said: "Reading continue to impress in their debut season in the Barclays Premiership.
